Iron Studios warrants to the Customer that the Goods will be of satisfactory quality, free from latent defects in design, material and workmanship; will correspond with any relevant specifications or descriptions provided by the supplier; and are authentic.


Damages & Returns

The final goods may contain slight variations from the models sent in the Presale Release (e.g., slight variation in shade of a color.). In the event that Customer receives goods that do not reasonably meet the specifications and descriptions in the Sales Documents (i.e., Goods that are different than what was ordered) (“Incorrect Goods”), then Iron Studios may:

  1. Subject to availability in stock, supply replacement Goods; or
  2. Accordingly the defects, a Credit Note will be issued to the Customer for use in future purchases.

In the event that Customer receives Incorrect Goods, then the Customer must notify Iron Studios by following this link: http://b2bsuporring.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or by email at: supporting@ironstudios.com.

The Customer must copy the Key Account Manager in all communications. In order to start a new claim, Customer must include:

  1. Product Name
  2. Product Master Number
  3. Detailed description of problem with the Goods
  4. Pictures of defects of the Goods
  5. Indicate order of preference: Replacement of Goods or credit for future purchases.

A claim for Incorrect Goods must be made as soon as possible and in no event, no later than ninety (90) days after the invoice issue date. Claims made after 90 days will not be processed.

If a claim against Iron Studios in respect of the Goods is made under this Section, the Customer must, when requested by Iron Studios, at Iron Studios’ sole discretion, either return the Incorrect Goods to the Supplier or provide satisfactory evidence to the satisfaction of Supplier that the Goods have been destroyed and are incapable of being used, whole or partially, in any way whatsoever.

After filing a Claim for Incorrect Goods, Iron Studios will inform the Customer within a reasonable time and in no event no later than ten (10) business days how the Claim will be resolved (i.e., if replacement is possible or the value of the credit to be issued to Customer).

Iron Studios will make every effort to replace the Incorrect Goods. However, due to the exclusive and limited nature of the Goods, sometimes a replacement is not possible. In the event that replacement of Goods is not possible, Iron Studios will issue a credit to the Customer.

Iron Studios is not responsible or liable for any damage to the Goods that take place after delivery of the goods to the Customer warehouse.

  • Iron Studios does not issue refunds for Damaged Goods.
  • Iron Studios shall endeavour to resolve any claims within a reasonable time. But, due to supply and logistics, replacement of Units may require longer waits or may be impossible.
  • Return of Products will only be accepted if the Goods are 100% complete and in the original packaging. Incomplete returns will be refused.
  • Claims must be submitted by the Customer. The Supplier is not responsible for damages suffered by the Goods outside the terms defined in this Section.
